The hospital is quiet during the day, but the moment night falls, every room hides potential danger. You begin your shift as the only guard on duty, surrounded by deserted hallways and unstable patients who slip out of their rooms after lights-out.
Only three patients occupy the facility, each drawn from popular horror and indie franchises: Granny, Huggy Wuggy, and the chaotic Skibidi Toilet. Their rooms cannot hold them for long, and once they break free, they roam the building looking for the security office.

Your monitoring system becomes the most important tool you have. Switch between camera feeds, track each creature’s movement, and identify the corridors coming under threat. The cameras are your warning signal and your only chance to react before danger reaches your door.
The tools at your desk determine survival. Use the lights to check nearby hallways and rely on the doors to block incoming creatures. Timing matters more than anything. Every second spent hesitating gives the monsters more ground to cover.
Each shift challenges your reflexes. You constantly shift focus between watching cameras, checking surroundings, and saving energy. The night passes slowly, and every sound in the hospital makes the job harder. Surviving until morning becomes an intense test of awareness.
